I hope that your weekend in the Vosges went very well!
That your little blue car held up well in the rally!
I also hope it gave you something else to think about and raised your spirits!
Is the rally professional or amateur?
Tell me a little about it please! thanks!
I hope to meet you soon on Monday evening and find you doing well!
I really hope you stay in excellent health

I changed the punctuation a bit.
However, I'm not sure about the third sentence.
Finally, I changed "excellente santé" into "very good health" for it didn't sound to me like an idiom.

Hi Grinny:

Some points to fix before this translation can be accepted!

WE = weekend

a bien tenu = not "hold the road," but "held up," i.e. "lasted," "had no mechanical problems"

changé les idées = gave you something else to think about ("changed your mind" means to change a decision you made before; this means only to change "what you think about every day" )

C'est pro..? = Is the rally a professional one...?

Explique-moi... = Tell me about...

monday => Monday

en forme = "in (good) shape," i.e. feeling good

have a very good health => have very good health

Also: Please take out the spaces before the exclamation points.

Instead of "have very good health", you could say "are in very good health" - it sounds more English.

Hi Grinny!

Here is the second-to-last edited version:

I hope that your weekend in the Vosges went well and that your little blue car hold the road well for this rally!
I also hope that it gave you something else to think about and raised your spirits!
Was the rally a professionnal one or an amateur one?
Tell me a little about it please! Thank you!
I hope to meet you soon on Monday evening and to find you in good shape.
I really hope that you are in very good health.

Maybe you can use it to compare the differences!
