Hi Jp,
no..I'm not talking about the cc-messages.
Sorry if I was unclear, but I mean that the people who votes on the translation, some times leave a message in my inbox...instead of post it under the translation. But..it's not a BIG problem....I better tell them how to do instead of complain here.

I have this problem too - particularly with a few other experts, who stubbornly refuse to use the cc option, even though I've told them about it several times.

A bright person (no name ) write something to my inbox about this "problem". Maybe he/she came up with an good idea.

quotation : maybe jp can make something like making them unable to reach the inbox of the expert carrying on the poll work , this way they had to post it directly under the translation

Is this possible jp?

Sure I can do something like that, but I'm still not sure to understand which page is concerned.
When you vote "no", they is a textfield inviting the votant to post a message. And despite thsi textfield appearing, they click on the expert profile and send him/her a private message ?

It's hard to tell when they're doing that, whether it's when they're voting or some other time, but I think it does happen when they're voting.

Actually, the easy solution would be to leave the name of the expert who is requesting the poll on there, but don't make it clickable.

jp,

I tried to translate the rejection email wiki and just found it too confusing now. As the text has been deeply changed and shortened, the wiki difference feature seems not to help at all to know what exactly has changed. I've seen some already translated versions, and seems everybody is confused as well. If it was not so troublesome, I think the best solution is to submit Kafetzou's text into a brand new wiki article.

And yes, if you can set that email to be sent when every target has been removed (once per requester), that would save ~80-90% of admin's efforts. We wouldn't have to post a removal reason everytime.
