"The one who joins", I understand it as "the one (female) who reaches the others"...but I am not so sure, I may be wrong.

It's always dangerous to translate a uncomplete sentence.

I doubt why belabela wanted to translate this into English and Hebrew.

It can be as stupid as to translate a single word.
