Also, "the honour to refer to" is not "baÅŸvuru yapma onurunu" - but I don't understand what verb goes with "the honour" - "presents the honour to refer to" doesn't make sense. There is something wrong with the original text here. | | |

I've found similar texts and each has this verb ( has/have the honor to refer to) and it should be the case here.
So, may that be "atıfta bulunma şerefine/onuruna sahiptir", but I'm not sure, this is rather pompous style of writing  , what it is the alternative sentence for " has/have the honor to refer to..."?
