Title
Acoperiţi masa cu o foaie de hârtie
Translation
Romanian

Translated by Milică
Target language: Romanian

Acoperiţi masa cu o foaie de hârtie sau plastic. Extrageţi figurile din şablonul pe care vreţi să-l folosiţi. Luaţi o foaie de hârtie şi puneţi şablonul pe ea. Aplicaţi rama spatter peste şablonul dumneavoastră. Începeţi să aplicaţi penelul umezit peste rama spatter. Atunci când vreţi să folosiţi mai multe culori, nu uitaţi să curăţaţi rama spatter înainte de fiecare strat nou.
Remarks about the translation
rama spatter sau cadrul spatter . spatter înseamna a împroşca sau a stropi. nu cred ca exista în română un termen consacrat pentru aceasta ramă folosită pentru un anumit efect în pictura/grafică. probabil se numeşte ramă spatter.dacă are cineva habar, vă rog spuneţi-mi şi mie!

I have no clue, seems ok, maybe needs some small adjusting. By the way, since when can simple users reject or accept translations? Is this possible?

Actually it wasn't definitely rejected, but for some reason, which is unknown, because requester didn't bother to tell why, requester seems not to be satisfied with the translation. If you think it's a good translation you can accept it despite the requester's rejection...

I'm not sure exactly, but it must be some kind of screen that you place over the figures to prevent the ink from splattering.

If you search for the term in google images, you can find some things that look like the image caused by placing something over a piece of paper and then spraying with spray paint, but I don't think that's what it means here - I almost think it's the other way around, like a frame of cardboard that you put around your image so that the spray paint or ink doesn't go outside the borders.
