Target language: English

You all have access to the server room with your magnetic card. You are called to attend a short briefing of approximately 20 minutes on the new gas-operated fire protection equipment in the server room. The objective of the meeting is to inform you about the actions to be taken in case of an alarm while you are in the room. We will also be able to answer your questions.
A second briefing will be convened for those who cannot attend this one.
Remarks about the translation
I have dropped the specification "au gaz" and translated "incendie au gaz" by just "fire." It seems to me that "gaz fire protection equipment" would be a bit heavy.

I would have translated the second sentence "Nous voudrions vous convoquer..." --> "We would like to invite you to..."

"séance" : "session"

Rest is ok IMO

Just to say I got the suggestions. I'd love to incorporate'm in the translation, but the internet interface is a bit intricate and I didn't manage to access to an editable text.
Too bad.

In the French version, "Nous voudrions vous convoquer" contains the idea that attending this briefing is compulsory. I'm not under that impression when I read the English version. May I suggest something like "you are asked to attend" instead of "invited"?

"..you are invited to attend.."
"...the aim of the meeting will be.."
"..a second briefing...for those who cannot attend the first.."

I basically agree with the remarks made. I am an engineer, not a linguist; it is probably better that I don't get involved in this site.

Now when I try to incorporate your remarks in the translation I get the following message:
