Yes, this would be a very good thing, that everybody should do. There are few people who can translate from Croatian into Dutch

I did a translation but I'm gonna paste it here as well just in case:

Don't look at me when you pass by me
as if I'm not there, as if I don't exist
I'm just a fool to ache for you
and I'm dying but I don't stop loving

I know that "i don't stop loving" isn't a common combination but it's the best translation in this case, in my opinion.
