He says it's a motto written on a family coat of arms in Valencia. It's for an anthropological search.

But, ful of misspellings or VERY archaic LATIN!

Oquam bonnum et quam joandum habitare phrates in unum

oquam --> Quam?
bonnum --> bonum?
joandum --> have no idea!
phrates --> fratres?

Efee? You are epigraphist...

Wow, it's very mysterious...

Oquam ---> O (interjection) quam
bonum ---> bonum

joandum ----> http://bdtd.bce.unb.br/tedesimplificado/tde_busc/arquivo.php?codArquivo=3281 at pag.37 ----> joandum is said to come from jovandum/juvandum.

phrates ----> fratres

So, I've checked and the source text is right. Obviously is late Latin influenced by the dominant language. So I think we can keep the source text and read it in this way:
"O quam bonum et juvandum (?) fratres habitare in unum"
If you agree, then we can think about a translation.

!!!!
Psalm 133, line 1: "ecce quam bonum et quam iucundum habitare fratres in unum"
So, I think, we have here a transcritpion, in late Latin influenced by the dominant language, of this Psalm!

Wow! I'm under the impression, Efee! You are a great epigraphist!

I have no more suggestions... I am not a specialist in the late Latin, but you are, dear one, so, please take care of this text, ok?

So, Lily, this is the bridge:
"How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in unity"

Under the text you (or the one who will translate this) can say what we have explained here: that is late Latin, a transcription - probably modified by the dominant language - of the first verse of Psalm 133 ("Ecce quam bonum et quam iucundum habitare fratres in unum"
