I really can't understand why did you use "present simple" in a bridge and "imperatives" in your translation... ??

That's why in English the simple present and the imperative is just the same for the 2nd person plural. But it's imperative in Brasilian Portuguese original.

Even if the imperatives are to be here, this sentence needs tiny corrections:

'Spiritus magni, confestim manifestate et ad hunc mundum lucem adferte/afferte'.
