In german language, substantives are written w/ first letter in upper case.

As Rodrigues said, unless the translator edits his translation using upper-case for substantive, this translation is to be rejected, as it is very basic in German to read substantives typed with upper-case at their first letter...

The omission of interpunctuation, diacritics and capital letters in the source is reflected by doing the same in the target.
A proper orthograpy but improper translation would read:

It is proper to German to have substantives writen with caps, so the matter isn't here to "respect the original", but rather to type German the way it has to be typed.

I understand what you mean about lack of punctuation, but I don't think that here we have to do exactly the same mistakes done by the requester, as she doesn't know Albanian and this is probably the reason why she asked for a translation of this text.

I do not agree with what you said about a translation, I don't think we have to reproduce the lacks of punctuation and/or the mistakes, translation is done to let a text be as understandable as possible.

Of course there are matters where some umperfections, that are volunteerly done, have to be taken in consideration, but it isn't the case here.

And in the German text, I don't think "dich" and other pronouns have to be typed with caps.

"Dich" and other pronouns are only written w/ 1st letter in upper-case, if it's written in a letter/e-mail directly to someone.

In the "translation-offer" from "Bhatarsaigh" should it be "wäre" or "wär'" instead of "wär".

@Francky, The german text from Bhatarsaigh says, that he has written all in lower-case because the original text was written in "all-lower-case-mode".
How is it now? Let it in lower-case (how awful for germans :-) ), or edit it?

I started a new translation in caps - you can accept that one instead of editing.
