Original text - English - Neither Party shall be liable

Neither Party shall be liable for any failure to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement if and to the extent such failure is wholly and directly caused by Force Majeure, and the corresponding obligation of the unaffected Party to perform or make payment, shall be suspended pursuant to the terms hereof.
