according to dictionaries, "desgracia" is rather "misfortune" than "misery", and "vallar" means something like "to enclose", "to put a fence around", not "to go".
Furthermore, wouldn't "The only star my sky has" rather be "La única estrella que mi cielo tiene"? Why does it say "...que tiene mi cielo", wouldn't that mean "...which has my sky"?
I try to improve my Spanish which is why I'm asking these qustions. I had added a translation of this, too, but it was rejected and now I wonder why.

mein Spanisch ist ja nun auch nicht perfekt, aber das hab ich mir dabei gedacht:
valla ist vermutlich ein Tippfehler, vaya wird gleich ausgesprochen. Macht sonst nicht viel Sinn.
que tiene mi cielo, denk ich ist das gleiche wie andersrum. Da dies ein Liedtext ist darf ein bisschen geschoben werden.
misery ist etwas freier übersetzt. Auf deutsch könnte z.B beides mit Unglück übersetzt werden. | | |

Ich hab gelernt, dass zumindest in manchen Dialekten "ll" und "y" nicht gleich ausgesprochen werden - kann natürlich trotzdem einfach ein Fehler im Text sein. Die Zeile hatte ich in etwa so verstanden: "Und auch wenn ich mir wünschte, (der Himmel oder der Stern) würde nicht (von Wolken) eingeschlossen werden."
Ich denke schon, dass das Sinn macht.
Bei "que tiene mi cielo" weiß ich halt nicht, ob es hier so sehr auf die Wortreihenfolge ankommt wie im Englischen oder die Zeile einfach ambig ist. Nun, deine Übersetzung davon halte ich zumindest inhaltlich auch für wahrscheinlicher. |
