'Unum uerbum/uno uerbo te uolo adloqui' seem unusual though.

In Terence: 'unum hoc habeo [dicere]'
So: Unum hoc tibi dicere habeo.

Lastly:
Tibi nihil aliud nisi unum dicere volo.

nihil aliud nisi HOC unum TIBI dicere volo.
