He says it's a motto written on a family coat of arms in Valencia. It's for an anthropological search.

But, ful of misspellings or VERY archaic LATIN!

oquam --> Quam?
bonnum --> bonum?
joandum --> have no idea!
phrates --> fratres?

So, I've checked and the source text is right. Obviously is late Latin influenced by the dominant language. So I think we can keep the source text and read it in this way:
"O quam bonum et juvandum (?) fratres habitare in unum"
If you agree, then we can think about a translation.

So, I think, we have here a transcritpion, in late Latin influenced by the dominant language, of this Psalm!
