I'll try after the English version :"se magari potessi andarmene adesso quando tutti tranne me perorano per la loro vita ".

I found "to pleade" = "appeal or request earnestly" or "enter a plea, as in courts of law".

Se solo potessi andarmene adesso quando tutti tranne me stanno supplicando/implorando per le loro vite.

To plead means "supplicare" too.

Oh, O.K., "supplicare" it is for me too.

Yes, is "per le loro vite"

Devrim cosa pensi dalla traduzione dall'Inglese?

Scusa Xini, purtroppo il mio inglese non è sufficiente per correggere una traduzione ma nel testo originale in turco si parla di essere contento ( memnun ) e non esiste nessuna parola che corrisponda a: supplicare/implorare = to plead. A questo punto credo che la traduzione in inglese sia errata.

it's just a different set, but the meaning is the same and since it's meaning only and form is ok i let it go

Ah - OK.

Actually, I always wondered about the origin of the Greek word "makari", which just doesn't "sound" Greek - now I see that it probably comes from this Italian word (magari) - it has the same meaning.
