Yeah, i'm a bit of a pain when it comes to this but here goes, the translation is word per word, and though the meaning is correct, the translation isn't "meaning only". "Sarajevo canton public awards committee" would have been better, but it isn't really bad... so I changed my mind and didn't give a vote after all. Sorry if it caused a problem.
