I'm moving this comment over from under one of the rejected translations. I hope this helps anyone who wants to translate it.

1) creamy, contempo-casual poppet with a swingn' jazz collection

A poppet is a kind of bimbo - a cute person (appearance-wise) without a lot of brains. Contempo-casual is a kind of style (contemporary-casual), and a jazz collection is a collection of jazz music. I don't know where creamy fits in to this, but it sounds like a description you might find on a page of gay personal ads.

2) hip n' happening colonial bodega

A bodega is a kind of inn or music venue. Hip 'n happening means very modern and stylish. Colonial is an architectural style, so these all fit together.

3) whip off your dupatta for a rockin' time at this social, decandent.

I agree with Francky that the last word should be "decadent", and it seems cut off at the end - there's no noun for the adjective "decadent" to go with. A dupatta is apparently a kind of South Asian scarf. "whip off" means to take off with a flourish. A rockin' time is a lot of fun. Social can be a noun, meaning a party.

Yes - I can't imagine anyone who is not a native speaker could understand it.
