I think we could change a little the wording in order to sound more natural in English.
What about this?:
"Hi... Yes, I remember, and what happened that made you remember me? And I’m fine, I work and live in England... And what about you? Do you work in fishing?

I left the word "fisz" because I wasn´t sure if my version was the correct one. |
