Tafsiri - Kihindi-Kiayalandi - सर्वेक्षण

I edited it from मतदान to सर्वेक्षण as that is what we've used in other places for the translation of website and it मतदान is accepted the uniformity will be lost, even though मतदान is 100% correct.
