	iamfromaustria Tal av boðum: 1335	Now it's only the first part of the sentence ("Ich erklÃ¤re fÃ¼r die angemessenen Zwecke"/"Declaro para os devidos fins" ) that keeps me from finally accepting the translation. I'm not sure of how to translate 'declaro para os devidos fins' - I think it would be something like: "For you information, the patient have undergone the Pterygium surgery in both the eyes...."
