Furthermore, Supplier hereby confirms that the information provided in this declaration is true and correct and acknowledges that MINISTRY OF ECONOMY AND ENERGY will place total reliance on the representations when contracting with its own customers and will hold the supplier responsible in the event that any of the information supplied is untrue or incorrect.
