I am fine thank you. I hope you are fine too, B. Honey, how numerous these fake profiles are! I accepted it because since your photos were there, I thought it was you. I couldn't be sure at first either but don't worry, I complained about the fake profile. I see that you have a lot of fans, honey, I think you should be happy :) But of course their using your name and photos is bad. However, they can open a fan page on behalf of you, can't they? Don't be sad! I did my part :) Take care of yourself. Kisses.

Wow! You have been busy!

I didn't get what you mean by: "what number of these face profiles?" Could you explain that?

This line:
"I accepted it but this was because I thought it was you because your photos were there." needs a different structure:
"I accepted it because since your photos were there, I thought it was you."
Also, "I couldn't be sure at first too but don't worry, I informed against that fake profile." should read:
"At first, I couldn't be sure either, but don't worry, I informed (notified?) about that fake profile. "
Anyway, both "inform" and "notify" are transitive verbs, they need an object (inform/notify someone about something). What could that object be?

Oh! yes I have been

About "informed"-> actually at first I translated as "complained" because the exact meaning of the original was that. But then I though "informed against" would be better. So shall I change it into "I complained the fake profile"? Or just "complained"? So it's not about notifying, probably she complained it to the experts.

"what number of these face profiles?"- this was a though one for me. I couldn't be sure that if we can say "how manyth" in English? If we can, it will give the exact meaning. She wants to mean there, "there are so many fake profiles, so how many of them you have now, there are so many etc."

And the other corrections, now I edit, thank you.

You may use "complained" followed by "about"
About the first line, what about: "How numerous these fake profiles are!"?

Yes, it's good now. I edit these, thank you.
Do you think there is a word like "how manyth" by the way really I am curious?
