A verb should be inserted in order to make the request acceptable for translation, otherwise the request should be removed and the translations rejected according to Rule [4].

What about:
" Questa è la storia di un grande amore"?

[edit] I can't do it, I get a message where it says the text should be shorter than 33 characters.. I'll just write the verb then.

OK, I'll warn the other experts who accepted the translations that they have to be adapted to fit the new original.
