Help me with special characters

Is it possible that my special characters be not properly recognised? If so, what should I do? I frequently use Romanian characters and I can see them... Unfortunately, site experts cannot. Maybe are you speaking about the warning under the text to be translated, but it is a systematic warning telling that any translation done not using the diacritics when it should will be rejected, it has not been writen especially for you, then you'll see that if your translation is correct, it will not be rejected.
