Online subscription for litigation in China!

China is experiencing a tremendous political campaign!
Currently, there is an online subscription for instituting a public prosecution against an offensive scholar Mr. Mao Yu Chi et al. who were attacking the deceased great Chairman Mao of China in the past few months. I don't know if this information is exposed in foreign news, and I am not sure if foreigners are the proper ones to consider this issue.
