I want to delete my account here, since the kind of questions I'm getting here related to the translations I'v made, are becoming quite annoying. Even more, from people that are supposed to be the "experts", however are way back in terms of knowledge of some languages I master.
Thus, it seems that I'm not welcome here.

Besides, there is the fact that I need to use my free time to help people that need it directly, in my community, as a volunteer.
I definitely don't have time to play this "game of being smart".

I'm sure you'll find someone else much better for the pair Portuguese-Hebrew-Portuguese, and Yidisch as well.

Good for you, good for me, a perfect win-win.

Please do whatever you want with the translation inputs I've sent here. Just don't distort any of my translations with words that are not mine, in my name.

I'm terribly sorry for all these, but when I entered I thought this was a friendly place with polite/educated people.

I don't understand what you mean by "game of being smart".
The experts are those who evaluate translations. It's just another "name" for moderators, not that all of us have actually a master degree of the languages we are experts for.
Discussing the meaning of a translation is just a part of the evaluation system, just to make sure that what has been stated there is exactly what the original says, and not a nitpicking for fun or criticising your skills in one or both languages.

That's simply not so. You know exactly what I am "talking" about.
I'm not here to teach the "experts" in their
questions, but to help those who need translations. Neither I am a KID TO WRITE WHAT I DON'T KNOW OR I'M NOT SURE.

One comes and talks about a non-existing "official Yidisch", the other doesn't know what is poetry(!) all about. Another beats about the bush with crap just to hide the fact that he refused two correct translations "meaning only". Because he can't explain it and can't sustain it.

I won't make a dossie of what I've been through here in no more than a week! I don't have time and patience for this.

You have your proceedures, I have mine: I make an input; if you guys don't like it, don't trust it, whatever, go ask someone else.
As I said once, I'm not interested in points to exchange, or whatever gain. I don't make my life from languages, thanks god! For me, it's something I take as a hobby and use for volunteering. Just to help people who need it. But definitely, I can't take what I mentioned in the two paragraphs above. Give me a break...

Please, be nice and just show me the way out of here. If there is none, so be it.

I think you are messing all my words around. Who's talking about points and gain?
It's not that we don't trust. None is perfect at the point of translating texts with 100% correctness all the time.
If someone rejected your transltions, it's because it broke some rule, and you received very informative explanations about how to deal with "meaning only" requests.

rahhaz, thx for the feedback. I wish I could understand exactly what the problem is. All translators (including experts) are volunteers just like you. The experts are here to proofread the translations, they have to post questions below your transltions to get accurate translations. What's the problem ?

Actually, rahhaz has never understood how Cucumis work. He takes every singe advice from experts and admins as an offense.

On Cucumis, it's not enough to be a good translator, mastering several and rare languages, it's also necessary to have kind relationship with all other members. We're volunteers, as jp said, we aren't here for money, points or anything else, we just like to be here.

All we ask back for is to be treated cordially, and not through ironies, which often hurts more than direct offenses.

jp, its just like I said, I was here to contribute, but I would and will not go over and over each input I make.
And will not give Hebrew classes. I'm not entitled to that, and this language represents too much to me, to allow some one to corrupt its meaning.

About my inputs, you guys can go out and check with other contributers. Beacause if I will have to explain each and every tranlations I make, I won't. And its up to you to choose, if you want it that way or if you want me out.

Rahhaz, if I said something about Yiddish in a discussion area from a translation request, please do not charge me with corrupting meaning of Hebrew language. It is true that my level in Hebrew is very low, but I didn't assume anything about Hebrew language in this discussion area, did I?

And yes, the way you spoke to my colleague goncin tells me you'd better look for another kind of site, where people don't give a damn about quality of their relationship with the other members, there are plenty of those on the internet, and no doubt you'll find something that fits you.
