Last weekend I had a few days off, came back on Monday but only visited Cucumis to see the most urgent things. Today I had more time and found out that my friends Fancky and Caspertavernello had been waiting for my opinion on a finnish original - I never got any message of that need.

What I mean is: would it be possible to have the system to send me all translation requests which are in finnish (no matter what the target language is)? The same way that the translations INTO finnish are there.

It was just late spring I had an idea to choose my languages in a way that I could get all finnish requests. Since then I have checked them once in a while (not every time I am logged in) and it seems to be a lot of correcting there before a foreign person could even try to translate them. Of course they most often come to me as "help for evaluating..." but if there is something very wierd in the original, many people have already done work with it which could have been avoided...

This is just a thought, how do you others see this?

For now it's not possible to list exactly what you wish.
But on this page you can view all requested translation from finnish. The problem is that you also see requests that have a completed translation into finnish. For example, a requet from english to finnsh/italian, if the finnish is completed before the italian, the italian request from english will be listed here because finnsh translation has been accepted and is now considered as a valid source text.

Maybe it would be interested to see only source text in finnish. But it's not so easy to do so, waiting for the opinion of other experts.

A few month ago, there was a link on the left colomn, where stand "translate" also the versions: e.g."translate from finnish / translate from german",
for getting the just validet translation as source for the translation.
Nowadays I've to open two windows, in the one I put the eg. just translated english text, and in the other the translation into german, which could have another language as "original source".

Why doesn't exist the feature anymore?
(I explained understandable?)
