To which program do these codes you have sent to me refer? KAV or KIS? Are they for the 2009 version? Are the codes valid and can be activated? Do they all have the duration of a year? I would not like it if they were still included in the black list by Kaspersky. Especially I would not like to return to the customers, for two or three times, to solve this unpleasant inconvenience. I ask you kindly to be very frank in your answers. Thank you
