lobbies -> lobbyists
'a propaganda'-> like 'communication', propaganda can't be counted, so I have left out the article ('a').

I am still not convinced by this 'emulation' thing - it sounds very official for the intended audience (this is not an official report, judging by the contents, but something for 'everyone'. Still, grammatically it seems OK so I will leave it in
