The duties and other taxes collected as remuneration for proven personal services, like those for sweeping and connection to the sewer lines, removal of household waste, and those for the airport (included in the price of a plane ticket) have to be systematically settled.

Hi Urunghai Hi smy hi dramati

Urunghai, I know it is meaning only but your translation is not easily readable. Also the word "imposts" exists in English, but has no connection with taxation. An "impost" is the upper part of a pillar in a vault or arch upon which the weight of the building is carried.

Here it would be better to use the word "duties", and it would be a good idea to change the order of the words in your sentence to make it easier to read in English.

I suggest the following:

"The taxes, and other duties, collected as remuneration for personal services, like those of roadsweeping and connection to the sewage system, removal of household refuse, and those for the airport (included in the price of a plane ticket) have to be systematically settled".

Hope this helps

I think "impôts" is taxes in english, and "taxes" is duties

Based on the most valuable input from you two ladies, I have edited it into what I feel is a good compromise version. I will cancel the last vote and put it up for a new vote. Please vote on the edited version and we can validate if you think it is ok.

Hi all,
Unfortunately, I need it again to evaluate the Turkish one, so I won't be able to help as I don't know any French

The upper part of a pillar? Something new we've learned today
I'm not really into economic business, so I used a dictionary for that type of words.

The edited translation gets my blessing!
