Hello Savatore! Nice to see you back.

You know, the Latin text is a little bit confusing because of a lack of context. Anyway, I tried my best:

"(The)obligation/undertaking is really twofold; one is internal which comes/descends from awareness of natural hazard, from a rule/order of the first power and from necessity for persistent acting/operating, so that it can’t be omitted, or inherently also from necessity for incoming profit; and [another is] outer/external, which appears for fear of both: a tomb and an uncertain risk dependent on human judgement, which [fear] will be suppressed by cunning/slyness or may be omitted in other way".

If you need any clarification, don't hesitate to ask me.
