I can translate it, but it is marked as Ukrainian and system doesn't allow me neither add languages in my profile nor translate it in place.
Why?
Should I register another account?

In fact the author asked for an english translation. The translation ha already been done and must be evaluated now. So there is nothing to do about it for now
