Blacklist to expose failed donators

A "blacklist" of the enterprises which do not keep their promise about donations will be exposed when "The 2009 China Philanthropy List" is issued on April 24 in Beijing, according to Liu Jing, vice chairman of the China Association of Social Workers.
于4月24日在京发布的“2009年中国慈善排行榜”将首次发布“捐赠黑名单”，中国社会工作协会副会长刘京在访谈中透露说。

The move aims to supervise those enterprises that have promised to donate money but failed to deliver. The China Philanthropy List has become an annual grand affair in the charity industry since it was released in 2004 for the first time. The association is responsible for making the philanthropy list and the black list.
此举动旨在监督那些承诺要捐款但并没有履行诺言的企业。即2004年首次公布中国慈善排行榜以来，这已经成为慈善产业一年一度的大事。中国社会工作协会将负责编制慈善排行榜和捐款黑名单。

For example, many companies announced their decisions to donate money after the Sichuan earthquake took place on May 12, 2008. However, some of them have yet to contribute the money, said Liu。
刘京会长在访谈时还说到，在2008年5月12日四川大地震发生后，很多企业宣布他们决定要捐款，但事实上一些企业并没有实现承诺。
