Which link to send to people to become members?

I saw a message at the top of my page giving some link to send to people to prompt them to join.

I think there are some point-benfits going to up-level from the translations done by my downlevel members.

I have deleted that message. could someone please post the link again.

How to see who has joined as my down-level?

but that is general home page. There is no connection to my login-id.

How would the site know that from all the persons visiting and joining this site, which ones were sent by me?
