After doing each translation, it asks me to confirm those four fields about following site guidelines.

It is a wastage of time and efforts.

I suggest that it asks me to confirm those four fields ONLY ONCE for each session.

You're right. As it is implemented now, the guilines are not shown once you've done about 3 accepted translations in the corresponding language.
I will do exactly what you told very soon.

thanks JP.

I would suggest that we should try to minimize the no. of clicks it takes to do a translation.

currently, we have to go to these steps:
1. open the list of requested translation.

2. clicking on any word in the above opens another page in which there are further details of the translations.

3. clicking on the above takes us to actual translation page.

4. finishing the translation takes us to 4 confirmations page.

6. confirming takes us to result page where we are informed of our points earned.

7. clicking there takes us to page 1. and we have to start all over.

Isn't it too much?

suggesting:
1. in the requested translation page itself, consider adding a link to directly take to translation page (bypassing the step 2).

of course, 2 is necessary for newbie, so I think retaining the existing link to step 2, and adding a new link "translate" for each word.

2. I also think that if any confirmations (step 4) are there, they can be given in the translation page itself at the bottom so that we do the translations, we confirm the website rule acceptance, and click NEXT to proceed.

3. A bug: In the "points earned" page, the "go to translate next word" takes us to next translation in our selected TARGET language. It ignores our SOURCE language, thus presents even those words which we can't understand.

suppose, I have select ENGLISH -> HINDI, then clicking that link keeps on presenting me with ARABIC -> HINDI, SPANISH -> HINDI, SWEDISH -> HINDI and so on. I don't know any of these source language hence I can't help in this.

guess, it should present words to us ONLY in our TARGET + SOURCE language pair.

thanks a lot.

I had noticed that too, once again your suggestions are very clear and I will do all of them
They are in my todo list now.
For suggestion 1, maybe the direct translation link should be shown only for confirmed members (members who have already done a couple of accepted translations).
