Another famous dish in my country is the ''Tamal'', usually here people like to cook ''Tamales'' in December and I just love it! Maybe it doesn't looks good... But it's delicious!

Oh! Hey! Botica and Kfeto, thanks for reading my message, I promise you 2 to translate them... Maybe the ''Gallo Pinto'' is easier than ''Tamales''...

The ingredients of the ''Gallo Pinto'' are: rice and beans (Of Course!) ^^ It's necessary to cook them before, then you just have to mix them with cilantro, onion and pepper very fine...Some people add Lizano sauce (It's delicious and it's a costarrican product). How can I explain it!!!!

Is better if you 2 come to Costa Rica and I promise you 2 that I'll cook for you those delicious dishes...
