Yes Lene, you're completely right! A subject is needed here... Here you have three possible ways to complete the request.

1. "Io sono il capo di tutti i capi"
Io sono = I am
2. "Tu sei il capo di tutti i capi"
Tu sei = You are (sing.)
3. "Egli/lui è il capo di tutti i capi"
Egli/lui è = He is
4. "Ella/lei è il capo di tutti i capi"
Ella/lei è = She is

Moreover, yes, it should be "di" and not "dei"

Alex, please. Does this mean: 'He is the boss of all the bosses' though I don't like the word boss.
If you could translate it, when you have time, into English, it would help me, of course, to do the Danish one.
