Cinababy druppels bij voorkeur een half uur voor/na de maaltijd toedienen, even in de mond laten houden en dan laten doorslikken. Als je merkt dat je kind nauwelijks reageert op Cinababy druppels of als er onverklaarbare klachten optreden, is het aan te raden een arts te raadplegen. |

this looks like a good translation to me. I have set a poll to see if anyone has any other suggestions.
Two small points / suggestions from me:
Let them be held in the mouth - wouldn't "let the child hold them in the mouth" be more natural?
or that it complaints without reason - I think this is gramatically correct but I think usually you would say "he / she" when referring to a child.

-if you don't like *complaints* you might consider *symptoms* which is used by doctors and many laymen for any subjective indication for a disease, including those of children.
However, there is a trend away from 'medispeak' in information leaflets, and this trend is particularly strong in homoeopathy, therefore I think that there is nothing against *complaints* here.

Thank you for your suggestions, küçüktimsah! I think I would personally stick with jmf's "if he / she complains without reason" but that is just a personal preference because it stays closer to the literal meaning of the Dutch text in my opinion.
