I will talk about the midwestern state of Wisconsin which is the 30th state in the USA. Wisconsin borders on four other states which are Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois and Michigan. The capital city of the state is Madison. And the magazine "Money" ranked Madison as the best place to live in the USA. Madison has very low unemployment which is a contributing factor to the rankings.
