- "agissant poursuites et diligences" should be "acting on behalf of and in the interest" or simply "on behalf of";
- "l'ordonnance à intervenir" is the order which has not been pronounced yet;
- "sous toutes réserves" means provisional or with no guaranties;
- "a ce qu'il n'en ignore" is an archaism which means to make smth known.
