"alors au boulot" should be "let's get to work" then.

How about "pique-assiettes"? What exactly does that mean? Are they people who always expect to get something for free, or are they more like pick-pockets - people who take from other people illegally?

pique-assiettes = scrounger/parasites

"Pique-assiettes" = they are people who always expect to get something for free.

OK then - "freeloader" is the right translation.
