DokÄ…d idÄ… psy gdy odchodzÄ…?
No bo jeśli nie idą do nieba
To przepraszam Cię Panie Boże
Mnie tam także iść nie potrzeba.

Ja proszÄ™ na inny przystanek
Tam gdzie merda stado ogonów
Zrezygnuje z anielskich chórów
tudzież innych nagród nieboskłonu.

W moim niebie będą miękkie sierści
Nosy, łapy, ogony i kły
W moim niebie będę znowu głaskać
Moje wszystkie pożegnane psy

Title
Where do dogs go?
Translation
English

Translated by Aneta B.
Target language: English

Where do dogs go when they are leaving?
Well, because if they do not go to heaven
Forgive me, oh Lord God
I also do not need to go there.

I am asking for another station
Where a flock of tails is wagging
I will forsake angelic choirs
or other prizes of the heaven.

In my heaven there will be a soft fur
noses, paws, tails and fangs
In my heaven I will be petting again
all my dogs whom I said good-bye to.

Clearly a dog lover speaking

'resign from angelic chiors' sounds like you are employed in one of those choirs
How about 'forsake angelic choirs'?

Yes, I wasn't sure which verb would be the best for the sentence. I was thinking also about such verbs like "to give up", "to leave" and "to drop"... Anyway, I can't give up anything in case when I didn't have this before... It is rather about "giving up the opportunity" to have a future prize, which was promised to me.
If you believe that "forsake" fits better in this contex, I agree, dear Lein. Thank you!

Here too please, Edyta? You are the requester and the English looks fine, so if you are happy I can accept this one

I have one comment: instead of claws - fangs.
