It's not my wife, but my child's godmother. All I have is a really beautiful baby girl for whom I live.

Hi Lena,
I remember having seen something about that word: "koubara". I have the feeling that it does not mean exactly "godmother".

Anyway the other line is a bit complicated. What about instead of: "The only thing I have is a little baby girl who is really beautiful and I live for her only.", something like: "I only have a really beautiful baby girl for whom I live"?

Well, Koubara should be the godmother to your child, and I don't really know a word for that. If not just "my daughter's godmother" .

About the last part, maybe "All I have is.."
My interpretation is that the man has lost his wife, and only has his daughter. And he lives for her only.
Maybe I'm wrong

"All I have is a really beautiful baby girl for whom I live" would be fine.

About that 'koubara', in Spanish or Portuguese we have a word for it: "comadre", but not in English, so I guess you should say: "my child's godmother"

"It's not...", "She's not..." or even "That's not..." would be correct, depending on the context.
