1. "Io sono il capo di tutti i capi"
Io sono = I am
2. "Tu sei il capo di tutti i capi"
Tu sei = You are (sing.)
3. "Egli/lui è il capo di tutti i capi"
Egli/lui è = He is
4. "Ella/lei è il capo di tutti i capi"
Ella/lei è = She is

Moreover, yes, it should be "di" and not "dei"
