The translations have been exported to the file %f | | What is the exportation process? For example, you have 3 translations in your project. This is the definition from answers.com of Export :
1) To send (data) from one program to another: “You'll need to export your spreadsheet file into a desktop publishing program†(Jon Pepper).
2) To use an application to store (data) on disk, usually for use by another program.
I think the definition 2) fits the best to teh meaning here.
