sure i'll do it word by word
אדם-is man or humen beeing actualy it said ADAM hence for the story from bible- Adam is the first man
יהוה it is THE name of the lord (god) what known in english as Jehova
פחד- is fear but i asume it has the meening of
fear of respect for god
כפר- is a bit missunderstood. i assume it lacking vowels as it has been in ancient Hebrew, so i guess it refers to Atonement for redemption as for Jewish YOM KIPUR

Sorry, I did something which is going to cut this message in two...what I've tried to tell in Hebrew to the newspaper is : "Hello, I cannot read Hebrew, could you send me english or french version of your newspaper, so that I could understand your political message? Thanks." But no reply, and I'm pretty sure that they are going to send me the newspaper writen in Hebrew again...
Could you help and send me something writen in Hebrew, which I could copy/paste and send to this newspaper, I mean something understandable by them, like : "Hello! does it exist an english or a french version of your newspaper? if it does, I'd liked that you send it to me, because I can barely understand a few words writen into Hebrew characters, and this is not enough to understand your point of view, thanks, regards." Please don't do this translation now, I will use the "specific page" for that, as soon as I'll have enough points to let it be translated by you.
Pleased having talked to you, Ittaihen (Does this
name means something in Hebrew?)

Francise my dear pal
ורבנ'ג ןב ףסוי
is probably -
יוסף בן ג'נברו - Yossef Be- Jenebro
or something like that. It seems that Yossef is the sure name, and Ben Jenebro is the last name. BEN in heb is 'son' as Ben-David - son of david (like Davidson in English) and it is a very common prefix for last names, however and I've never heard this particulare familiy name.
Good Luck

Wow - it took me a while to remember what this was about, but thanks so much! That's very interesting. I guess it wouldn't really have affected my translation, though.
