het unieke cadeau is geen alleen staant woord maar een korte zin. die echt nodig vertaalt naar het arabisch moet worden!! dus ik snap je probleem niet ene alleenstaand woord noem ik cadeau op unieke ne ik wil Het unieke cadeau.

I'll be careful, I'm drinking a lot of water and taking some Vitamin C, because the temperature change is tremendous! from 20° (cold, for me) to 36° (at this point I'm already cooked)!!! If I don't take care I might catch a flu or something.

Tu sais j'avais un ami qui veillait beaucoup et trouvait des difficultés (insomnies...)et me

et tout cela dans une forme terrible!

physique: le jogging- quitter la cigarette-"
ces petites idées tré simples ont été
déterminantes.(Mais l'envers du décors il commence
aujourd'hui à prendre du poids dés qu'il arrete
l'activité physique!).
