Then there's a little problem with "..."PAS PLUS", as beginning of the sentence is already negative, and one can hardly get the meaning from this sentence in its whole length because of that.

There must be a way to edit this the proper way...

edit : I had a look to the Italian version, and this "pas plus" seems to mean "no more", so in the French version, "Ne cherchez plus" would be the solution, I think... :
"N'ESSAYEZ PAS DE ..."
"NE CHERCHEZ PLUS À..."
(and here "pas plus" has to be erased, as it is already meant in the beginning of the sentence :
"ne cherchez plus à trouver en moi ce que je ne suis pas capable de vous donner..."

edit : "ne cherchez plus en moi ce que je ne suis pas capable de vous donner"...

Votre traduction n'est pas tout a fait fausse, mais les verbes sont au singulier.
"Ne cherche plus en moi ce que je ne suis pas capable a te donner!! Trouve tes propres couleurs...

merci de participer, julia71, mais sais-tu que parfois en français on utilise le "vous " également au singulier? c'est ce qu'on appelle le "vouvoiement" (dire "vous à une personne, par politesse, parcequ'on ne s'estime pas assez proche d'elle pour la "tutoyer".

et aussi, on dit "capable de + verbe à l'infinitif

Mmmm... Certe il n'y a pas de politesse:

Trouve-toi tes propres couleurs [ idées ]!!!!

Pas assez de contexte pour pouvoir dire ça, pirulito, la traduction d'Angelo est une des variantes possibles.
