No, because it's not two different places (a theater and a concert hall) - it's just one, and we call both of these a theatre, which is why I wrote my version the way I did. If you prefer, we could say "a hall for theatre and concerts". And we don't say "are located in there". You could say "are located there", but it's much more common to see "include".
