website = संकेतस्थल??? So far as I know there's no Hindi for Website. In almost all contexts it is simply written as वेबसाइट. Even the blog or forum don't have a Hindi version. So popularly they're just written the same in Devanagari script. However there IS an obsolete Hindi version for forum. I'd try finding it.

जाल is being used for web in view of spider's web is a जाल. so जालस्थल is being frequently used for website. You might wish to check its frequency on google.

I wanted to change संकेतस्थल to जालस्थल but not finding on this page where to make that change.

of course, but there are several words for which if you use the tadvawa or tatsama word instead of the English version, it'd seem funny. Take cycle for example. Do you call it cycle in hindi or dwichakrayana? The second is more Hindi but less appropriate. People wont even understand what's जालस्थल but they know what's an website. :\
